Shipping policy
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We strive to deliver your parcel within 5 working days, but it is usually sooner if you are located in an urban area. Please note: it may take longer than 5 days to deliver to outlying/ rural areas. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. Be rest assured, we’ll always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Our Typical Process
- Firstly, it takes us 24-48 hours to process & package your order at our factory in Johannesburg.
- We then hand your parcel over to a 3rd party courier company.
- As soon as it has been 'scent’ out / given to the courier company we will let you know via email, and then you will be able to track your precious perfumes as they make their way to you.
- Please note that we do not work on weekends or after hours (neither do the courier companies that we use), so if you order over a weekend, we will only process your order on Monday. Similarly, if we hand your parcel over to the courier company on a Friday, they will only start processing it on Monday.
Breaking Down the delivery lingo.
Here's the scoop on our delivery process jargon:
- Awaiting Fulfilment: Your order has been received and is being prepared at our factory.
- On Its Way: Your order has been packed and handed over to our 3rd party courier. It’s en route to the courier's main hub for processing.
- Out for Delivery: Your order has reached the final courier facility and is on its way to your delivery address. Expect it soon!
- Delivered: Your order has arrived! Time to unbox & enjoy your new scents.

NB: If you chose Pargo or Bob Box for delivery, please collect your order within 72 hours (Bob Box) or 8 days (Pargo) once you are notified that it is ready for collection to avoid additional costs and delays.
